We've given you a different flavor of Hinduism for each day of the week!

Monday: Bhajan Session
9 PM - Dharma Prayer Space (Canaday B Basement)

Do you miss singing bhajans? Come to the prayer space at 9 p.m. to share your favorite bhajans, learn some new ones, and sing popular favorites together! Come join us as we celebrate our Hindu heritage through song together -- no prior knowledge of bhajans necessary! Also, bring any instruments you want to play!

Tuesday: Gita Study Group and Ramayana Film Festival
Gita Study Group : 6 PM, Lowell JCR

Ramayana Film Festival: 7:30 PM in Thompson Room Barker Center
(Co-sponsored by Hindu Worlds of Art and Culture, Culture and Belief 28)

Gita Study group - A weekly study group with Swami Tyagananda that explores the understandings of the Gita from a modern standpoint. Whether this is your first time discussing the Gita or are well-versed in the script, this will be an inpiring study session with Swami Tyagananda

Ramayana Film festival - Experience the Hindu epic, the Ramayana, in a new literary form with Dharma and Culture and Belief 28, Hindu Worlds of Art and Culture!

Wednesday: Ram Navami Puja
9 PM in Dharma Prayer Space (Canaday B Basement)

Rama is one of the most prominent figures in Hinduism who is considered a reincarnation of the Supreme being. Join us in a celebration of his birthday with a puja! A puja is a religious ceremony that is performed to show respect to a certain deity and to communicate with God. In this puja, we will focus on Rama's dedication towards his family and kingdom and his courage as a fighter in celebration of the Hindu holiday of Rama Navami.

Join us for a mock Hindu wedding on the steps of Memorial Church! Experience a beautiful Hindu ceremony and bless the pretend newlyweds!
