Harvard Dharma will be holding senior tea and elections for the 2009-2010 Executive Board on Friday, May 1 in Lamont Forum Room from 4:30-6:00 PM. The event will start off with a presentation commemorating the seniors in our community who have contributed to Dharma over the past few years. We will be serving snacks and tea. Afterwards, we will be holding elections for next year's Dharma Executive Board. Candidates for each elected position are listed below, in the order in which the positions will be voted on. CANDIDATE SPEECHES
Presidential candidates are required to give speeches (up to 3 minutes). After the speech, there will be a question and answer session (3 questions from the floor, followed by 1 question from outgoing presidents. Candidates will each have 1 minute per question to respond).

All candidates for other positions will be alloted 2 minutes for a speech, and up to 2.5 minutes of Q & A.

VOTING ELIGIBILITY
As per Article 3, Section 2 of the Dharma constitution, voting privileges are extended to any member of the class of 2009, 2010, 2011, or 2012 who is subscribed to the HCS dharma-list list-serv by 11:59 PM on April 30, 2009.
